Department Call Center Representative
Position Title Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

•Ability to listen effectively and empathize with the member
•Responsible for member inquiries/questions
•Assist members with their Vehicle Policy questions
•Assist members with their Non-Vehicle Policy questions
•Assist members with their Policy updates
•Assist members with their Vehicle Policy billing questions
•Responds to servicing inquiries through various channels
•Acts on referral triggers and provides additional product offerings based on member needs.
•Provide excellent member service at all times
•Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong communication skills displaying empathy and caring
•Must be extremely detail-oriented
•Must be extremely articulate and present a professional image
•Experienced with standard business applications including MS Office
•Strong team-building and leadership skills focused on production-oriented goals
•Participates in additional training courses when needed
•1 years of stable customer service experience in a high volume environment
•Property & Casual Insurance Licensed (preferred)
•Previous sales experience preferred
•Type 25 wpm
•Ability to use desktop computer system and hardware, e.g. mouse, keyboard
•Logical problem solving skills
•Proven oral/written communication skills
•Must have availability to work various shifts
•Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows
•Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency
•Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative.
•Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and Drug
