In this role we are looking for a Financial Analyst to support our finance department at England Logistics.
Operating divisions KPI’s analysis, reporting and advisory trouble-shooting.
Profit and loss statement management.
Accurate and proactive cost analysis.
Timeliness and accuracy of ad hoc reports.
General accounting and finance.
BA/BS required in business, finance, economics, accounting or related
Ideal candidate has 1+ years’ experience working in financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting in a corporate environment
Experience with cost accounting concepts: variance analysis, contribution margin, statistical analysis of financial results
Develop and monitor KPI’s
Experience closing financial books, creating journal entries
Passion for business results
Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions
Customer service attitude
Advanced/expert level skills with Excel & Power Point, experience with Great Plains, Access, SQL or other data query languages a plus
Experience within transportation industry desired but not a requirement
