At Alpha Warranty, you will have the opportunity to work closely and connect with members of our awesome team and rock your job responsibilities, which include:

Responding to incoming calls, emails and click-to-chat messages from agents and dealerships across the country regarding our service products and online tools
Providing prompt and accurate client support to build long-term business relationships
Handling escalated customer concerns from clients and internal departments
Providing well-thought and creative solutions to challenging problems
Returning calls and completing follow-up as needed with agents and dealerships
Utilizing internal CRM and email to accurately manage clients’ requests
Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Requirements

You have at least two years of continuous call center experience in a customer service or sales environment
