JOB SUMMARY
An Engineer is a problem solver who analyzes models/designs creates modifies and supports a set of complex systems processes or operations that enable business capabilities.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers personal tasks on time and leads the delivery of tasks for natural or cross-functional workgroup 10%
Leads cross-functional initiatives with deliverables and meets quality standards on time 10%
Creates Application and System Design Documents and Develops Applications / Reports / Systems 20%
Estimates component/application level work efforts 10%
Creates RFI/RFP requests / responses for vendor product evaluations 10%
Participates on initiatives with deliverables and meets quality standards on time 20%
Designs Develops and Implements standard Business Rules 10%
Responsible for fulfilling end-user Provides on call support as required At times provides guidance to and assists in training less experienced individuals 10%

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE
3+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ work experience.
Required Experience
Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
Systems: x86, Linux
Operating systems: Windows, Linux,
Experience with MSSQL Server
Experience with Disaster Recovery
Ability to create and document standards and procedures
Ability to analyze failures and prioritize resolution efforts
Ability to create technical diagrams in Visio
Participate in on call rotation
Participate in off hours Deployment, patching and maintenance

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
General knowledge in multiple SDLC methodologies
Technically proficient in application/component or system; may act as internal consultant
Strong communication and facilitation skills
